Hey there, just a heads up!
If you want to improve on something, you need to measure it so you know how you were performing at the start, then put in some sort of intervention (ie more hours of aim training or death match) and then measure it again
In psychology, these small behaviours we track are known as ‘process goals’
The idea is that if we did these as well as we possibly can, they will help us get to our ‘outcome goal’ (eg winning the trophy, qualifying for a Major, avoiding relegation etc)
Tracey Marks’ Sleep video where she talks about caffeine and sleep. Some players say they can easily get to sleep after having caffeine late at night, but Tracey argues that while they might get to sleep easily, caffeine interferes with the quality of sleep they are getting
