Kraxyt's Performance and Approach to CS2

In a laid-back yet revealing chat, we caught up with Kraxyt, an emerging talent lighting up the esports scene, particularly noted for his performances at the BrisVegas LAN events. The discussion meandered through his recent in-game statistics, the nuances of online versus LAN play, and his time with the KCG team.

Kraxyt opened with a light comparison, mentioning he’s been "fragging better than Advent," adding a bit of humor to the conversation about his and others' performances. The talk then shifted towards the specifics of distinguishing online and LAN game stats, where Kraxyt expressed some dissatisfaction with his online ratings, "Online, 0.96. Online, 0.92... I don't like that," yet he quickly pointed out that his best LAN rating came from BrisVegas.

"Online, 0.96. Online, 0.92... I don't like that, but you know. It doesn't include BrisVegas though. My best rating on LAN so far is from BrisVegas!"

    Kraxyt's affinity for BrisVegas LANs

Kraxyt has been a regular at BrisVegas, attending four events to date. He described the event as instrumental in reigniting his passion for competing at a professional level, emphasizing how much fun it brings into his gaming career. His commitment to the event series and the broader community it fosters is clear, as he eagerly anticipates future LANs.

    Inside team dynamics

Addressing circulating rumors about his gaming preferences, Kraxyt clarified his actual gaming habits. While there's a buzz that he might be spending a lot of time on Rust, he corrected that assumption, noting less than 100 hours on Rust compared to a whopping 4,000 on DayZ, which remains his secondary game. However, his primary focus has been steadfastly on Counter-Strike for the last six months, underscoring his dedication to improving his competitive edge.

"BrisVegas is always fun. It's what really got me back into playing professionally and giving me the edge and the fire."

    Insights from the Professional Stage

Kraxyt reflected on whether his experiences at smaller LANs like BrisVegas had prepared him for bigger stages, acknowledging that while there are differences, the earlier LANs built a solid foundation for him. He felt at ease during recent larger events, fueled by the energy from the crowd, which he described as immensely motivating whether winning or losing.

    Closing Thoughts and Gratitude

Wrapping up the interview, Kraxyt extended his gratitude to his fans and family for their unwavering support during his competitions. His casual yet confident sign-off, "Easy, easy," perfectly captured his composed demeanor, which has become a trademark of his approach to both gaming and interviews.
