DFRAG Open Series 3 registration now live

Each DFRAG Open Series will be split into three stages, with matches played using the FACEIT platform. Stages 2 and 3 will be VRS ranked, meaning competing teams will earn vital VRS points that contribute to regional invites for tournaments, as well as for Valve's Major events that conclude each CS2 season.

Stage 1 is the series open qualifier, with all teams able to enter and compete through a double-elimination open bracket. The top eight teams from Stage 1 will progress to Stage 2, which sees the qualifiers battle through a double-elimination group bracket in two groups ofa four.

2 teams will be eliminated from each group in Stage 2, with the group brackets set up for seeding the top four teams into Stage 3 — a double-elimination sprint to the finish.

To the victors, the spoils: the lion's share of a $7,500 AUD prize pool per series and vital VRS points for regional rankings.

• 1st: $4,000 AUD (+invite to Wildcard)
• 2nd: $2,000 AUD (+invite to Wildcard)
• 3rd: $1,000 AUD
• 4th: $500 AUD

• Please make sure your team is set to Oceania / AU/NZ
• Please make sure you have 5 players and all your subs added prior to 10:00 AM AEST on Sat 22nd Nov
• Seeding is VRS based first for OQ
• Subs can be swapped out between Stage 1 (OQ) & 2 (CQ) but not Stages 2 & 3
